How we use your information

Who we are
Moo & Co. Limited ("Moo&Co", "we"), registered in England and Wales, company number 17399933. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: hello@mooandco.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries: your name, email and message, to reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry.
- Early access list: your business name and email, to tell you when Discover opens. Lawful basis: your consent, given by ticking the box.
- Monthly email (optional): your email, to send one practical idea a month. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- Referral and partner codes: if you arrive through a partner's or a customer's link, we record that code with your sign-up so we can credit them. We do not share your details with them without your permission.
- Website analytics: we use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or identify you, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process information for us under contract: our website host (Cloudflare), which also runs Turnstile to block spam on our forms; Google Workspace, which stores form submissions (Google Forms and Sheets) and our email; and Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address when it loads the site's typefaces. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact. Early access and email lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, or two years after Discover opens if you haven't taken part.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@mooandco.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
